1. When will my meal be delivered?

Meal Delivery Days: We deliver all meals on Sundays.

Delivery Time: Deliveries will be made between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Pickup Time: You can pick up your meals between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM at our location in Bridgeport, CT.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a detailed email with your specific delivery time window and any updates regarding your meal delivery.

2. What is the 1 Meal Per Day Subscription?

The 1 Meal Per Day Subscription delivers one healthy, freshly prepared plant-based meal to your door every day. You will receive 7 meals per week. You can choose from our core menu and even substitute one meal per week with a special dish.Please read the description for the amount of meals you can substitute for that week.


3. What is the 2 Meal Per Day Subscription?

The 2 Meal Per Day Subscription provides you with 14 meals per week (two meals per day, seven days a week). You can enjoy meals from our core menu and substitute up to two meals per week with the weekly special. Please read the description for the amount of meals you can substitute for that week.


4. What is the 3-Day Meal Subscription?

The 3-Day Meal Subscription gives you three days of fresh, healthy meals. You’ll receive 1 meal per day for three consecutive days. You can enjoy meals from our core menu and substitute any meal with our weekly special. Please read the description for the amount of meals you can substitute for that week.


5. Can I choose the meals I want?

While we have a core menu of meals, you can substitute one of your daily meals with our weekly special. This gives you flexibility while keeping the process simple and convenient.


6. Can I change my delivery address?

Once submitted, you cannot change your delivery address. To update your address, please contact us at 203-715-0360 at least 24 hours before the delivery date. A fee may apply for changes due to the distance.


7. How do I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can cancel or pause your subscription by contacting us directly at khemisvegancuisine@gmail.com or by managing it in your account settings. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to pause or cancel your upcoming delivery.


8. How do I pay for my subscription?

We offer secure payment through PayPal, Stripe, or credit card. You will be charged based on your subscription plan (weekly or monthly), and payments will automatically renew unless canceled.


9. Do you offer delivery or pickup?

You can choose between delivery to your address or pickup at our designated location. Please make your selection at checkout, and we’ll ensure your meal is ready at your preferred time.


10. How do I know if a meal is gluten-free, vegan, or suitable for my dietary needs?

Each meal on our menu is clearly labeled with important dietary information. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please refer to the labels or reach out to us directly, and we’ll assist with customized options.


11. What if I have food allergies?

We take food allergies seriously. Please inform us of any allergies when you place your order, and we’ll ensure that your meals are made with the utmost care to avoid cross-contamination. However, our kitchen processes common allergens, so we can’t guarantee complete allergen-free meals.


12. Can I gift a subscription to someone else?

Yes, you can purchase a gift subscription for someone. Simply choose the number of meals and the subscription duration, and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s a great gift for those looking to try healthy plant-based meals!


13. How do I update my email or contact information?
